What we cover during our Design Consultation Sessions depends entirely on your needs and the type of project you’re undertaking. These sessions are tailored to provide personalized guidance and solutions. For example, we’ve helped past clients by reviewing furniture layouts and suggesting improvements, recommending furniture pieces, and offering advice on lighting selections. We’ve also provided paint color suggestions, guidance on window treatment styles and designs, and feedback on finish selections. Additionally, we’ve reviewed existing furnishings to identify gaps, recommended rugs and floor coverings, and offered suggestions for art and accessories to complete their spaces. Whatever your design challenges may be, these sessions are designed to address them effectively.

Purchase a 90-minute Zoom consultation block. During these sessions, our expert designer, Jeni, will help you solve renovation challenges, saving you both time and money.

Fee: $1,200 per 90-minute block

In such scenarios, we collaborate closely with a licensed architect when the project involves a significant addition or is a ground-up build. For projects that remain within the existing walls, we structure the team as needed, working alongside a structural engineer and other specialists depending on the project’s scope. Our goal is to ensure a seamless process, tailored to your specific needs and vision.

If you're planning a kitchen renovation that includes adjacent rooms, we’re here to help. We’ll guide your project through every phase, from initial planning to completion, and assist in building the right team, including contractors, permit expediters, and other professionals. Of course, we’ve got you covered on the design, ensuring your renovated spaces are functional, cohesive, and beautifully tailored to your needs.
