Victorian Flat for This Century

This lovely Victorian was in need of a full renovation and, most importantly,  functional improvements to suit this young family’s lifestyles. A beautifully utilitarian kitchen island was designed to accommodate more guests and maximize space by transitioning into an expandable dining table to accommodate. A serene yoga room with a custom metal-clad fireplace doubles as an office. It was important to open up the space with modern amenities and art but include details such as the tile backsplash that pay tribute to its Victorian heritage.
